1. Returns
We accept returns within 3 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in unused, undamaged, and resellable condition.
The product must be in its original packaging.
Some items, such as perishable goods, custom-made items, or hygiene products (e.g., opened skincare or personal items), are not eligible for return.
2. Process for Returns
To initiate a return:
